Synopsis

THE VERDE GARDEN: GROWING A HEALTH COMMUNITY - Verde Parnership Garden is a school garden in North Richmond, CA. Although this is in some ways a troubled community, the Verde Garden is a real bright spot in the neighborhood—nurturing kids, growing healthy foods and showing that even a few dedicated people working on a small project can make a difference.
